Services - Refund Policy
This is applicable to all plans and programs offered by VBSK FITNESS:
Once paid, the fees of purchased plans and programs are non-refundable. If a customer desires to reschedule his or her date of training, the training is transferable to another training date/event hosted by VBSK FITNESS, its affiliates, subsidiaries or successors so long as customer provides us with at least five (5) days written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the training start date.
